Matcha with sugar added, specially created for quick café style drinks.

A deep earthy flavor of green tea becomes smooth and subtle with a touch of sweetness. Perfect for creating LATTE and SMOOTHIE drinks with added ice, milk, or even ice cream.

BREWING GUIDE:
Duration: whisk in water for 30 seconds
Temperature: 80C° No thermometer? Bring water to a boil, then cool for 2 minutes.
Amount: 2.5gm or 1 teaspoon per 100ml of water

MATCHA RECIPES:

MATCHA SWEET LATTE

2 tsp Matcha Sweet powder
200ml Milk

MATCHA SMOOTHIE

2 tsp Matcha Sweet powder
150ml milk
50ml plain yogurt
50g vanilla ice cream
6 ice cubes
Choice of fruit (optional)
Blend together

MATCHA SWEET ICED

2 tsp Matcha Sweet tea powder
30ml Hot water
200ml Soda water
Crushed ice
Mint, Red Currants (optional)

MATCHA SWEET MARTINI

2 tsp Matcha Sweet tea powder
200ml milk
30ml Strawberry liqueur
Ice

Put Strawberry liqueur into chilled glass.
Put Matcha Sweet tea powder & milk in a cocktail shaker with ice & shake vigorously.
Pour into chilled glass, on top of Strawberry liqueur.
