BOHEMIAN RASPBERRY | Flavoured Black Tea
The name can easily be mistaken for a dad joke, but this blend is anything but.
Behind the pun sits a dreamy blend of black tea, raspberry pieces, rose blossoms, & coconut.
If you could capture the essence of a college party, plus that of high tea in the company of someone in the royal family, & add to them the rich flavour of raspberry ice cream, then this is what that blend would taste like.
Sounds weird & borderline absurd, but then again, most good songs do at first.
BREWING GUIDE:
Duration: 4-5 minutes
Temperature: 100C° (full boil)
Amount: 2.5g or 1 tsp per cup
BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS:
- If you like your tea brewed stronger or weaker, adjust the amount of tea leaves.
- Brewing your tea too long can extract an undesirable bitterness from the leaves.
- Loose leaf tea can typically be steeped multiple times. However, each steeping will yield a slightly lighter flavor than the previous.
- To brew in a large teapot, increase the amount of loose leaf tea to match the total cups of water you’re using.
