Considered to be the noblest of lavenders, this high altitude “Fine” or “True Lavender” (Lavandula Angustifolia) is grown in the French Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.
Our pure lavender blossoms will calm your senses & delight your taste buds. The gentle aroma of this French lavender, paired with its remarkable aesthetic, & its distinct taste, evokes the quietness of the mountains of Provence.
It is undoubtedly an invitation to relax & to drift off to the spectacle of endless rows of purple lavender fields stretching towards the horizon, with a backdrop of a Mediterranean blue sky. As you close your eyes & inhale deeply… you can almost feel the wind in your hair, the sun on your face, & hear the humming of the bees.

BREWING GUIDE:
Duration: 3-5 minutes
Temperature: 100C° (full boil)
Amount: 2.5g or 1 teaspoon per cup
BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS:
- If you like your tisane brewed stronger or weaker, adjust the amount of leaves.
- Brewing your tisane too long can extract an undesirable bitterness from the leaves
- Tisanes can typically be steeped multiple times. However, each steeping will yield a slightly lighter flavor than the previous.
- To brew in a large teapot, increase the amount of loose leaf to match the total cups of water you’re using.
