This classic artisan display tea, also known as Flowering Tea, is made up of premium green tea leaves individually handwoven around Jasmine Flowers creating a fragrant blossoming flower with a delicate flavor & floral aroma that is easy to drink all day.

Production is an arduous process where tender green tea leaves are sized, grouped together, folded down, and hand-tied to create a ball. Flowers are then carefully threaded through. It is and painstaking work, done with precision and skill, and the results are breathtaking.

Best brewed in a glass vessel to watch and appreciate the meticulous work, skill, & time, that goes into producing this variety.

Tip: After you are done with the blooming tea, you can take out the bloom carefully and place it in a big glass cup with cool water to display and enjoy the bloom flower shape for a few more days.

BREWING GUIDE:
Duration: Can be left inside.
Temperature: 80C°- 90C° No thermometer? Bring water to a boil, then cool for 2 minutes.  
Amount: 1 ball in a tall glass OR 6 glass teapot
Re-steep: 3-4 times 

BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS:

• If you like your tea brewed stronger or weaker, adjust the amount of tea leaves than what the brewing directions call for. Brewing your tea too long can extract an undesirable bitterness from the leaves
• Loose leaf tea can typically be steeped multiple times. However, each steeping will yield a slightly lighter flavor than the previous.
• To brew in a large teapot, increase the amount of loose leaf tea to match the total cups of water you’re using.
