By blending Pu-erh with carefully selected herbs, we’ve created a solid, savoury tea that promotes weight loss, boosts metabolism, & relieves bloating.

Known for its ability to inhibit Fatty Acid Synthase (the process that creates body fat), tests have shown that regular consumption of Pu-erh helps to eliminate fatty deposits, prevent weight gain, & lower cholesterol.

Fennel kick starts your metabolism, while Alfalfa, Dandelion root, Hawthorn berries, & Nettle are digestive agents that assist with the absorption of nutrients, which decreases fat storage, relieves bloating, & reduces cravings by helping you stay fuller longer.  

This blend does NOT contain laxatives (such as Senna). Laxative supplements can cause dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, & rids your body of vitamins & nutrients.

FOR BEST WEIGHT LOSS RESULTS

• Drink at least 2 cups a day, 1 HOUR AFTER meals.
• This blend should form part of a healthy diet and used in conjunction with regular exercise.
• We recommend eliminating alcohol and other teas or drinks (other than water) during this period.
• Like many other traditional methods of weight loss, drinking this blend to lose weight takes patience, persistence and determination.

BREWING GUIDE:
Duration: 5 minutes
Temperature: 100C° (full boil)
Amount: 2.5g or 1 tbsp per cup

BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS:

• If you like your tea brewed stronger or weaker, adjust the amount of leaves than what the brewing directions call for. Brewing your tea too long can extract an undesirable bitterness from the leaves
• Loose leaf teas can typically be steeped multiple times. However, each steeping will yield a slightly lighter flavor than the previous.
• To brew in a large teapot, increase the amount of loose leaf to match the total cups of water you’re using.
